Are physical prints available?
Yes, once the date/time/price are agreed an invoice will be issued for 25% of the total fee. This 25% is the deposit that should be paid within 3 working days.
One week before the photoshoot an invoice for 50% of the total fee will be issued and must be paid at least 48-hours before the photoshoot is scheduled to take place.
An invoice for the final 25% will be issued on completion of the photoshoot, and is payable within 24-hours of delivery of the images.
Yes, I am fully insured with professional indemnity, public liability and employers' liability coverage.
Reschedule - Get in touch as soon as possible and we can discuss rescheduling. No re-booking deposit will be necessary if you get in contact more than 14-days of before the scheduled date.
Cancel - Deposit payments will not be refunded if you completely cancel the shoot less than 14-days prior to the date booked.
A simple shoot involves just you and the photographer, with more complex photoshoots possibly also featuring an assistant to help with lighting and any props, plus hair and makeup artists where necessary or requested.
You are very welcome to bring someone along to watch the photoshoot, but please let me know beforehand.

This depending on the type of package booked or custom session agreed on. Can be as little as 30 minutes or can last all day.
This is completely up to you!
As standard any temporary blemishes (i.e. spots) will be removed and skin tones evened out, but skin texture is not affected. This leaves the image looking like you on your best day!
Specialised sharpening techniques are used to subtly focus attention to the focal point of the image (usually the eyes).
Creative post-production techniques (i.e. cinematic colour grading, custom black and white conversion, etc.) may be applied where the photographer feels it appropriate for the image, but the original photo can also be provided.
High-end retouching is available on request for additional fees.
For simple portrait shoots this will usually be within 2-3 days. Weddings and other more complex sessions can be up to a week.
These times will vary depending on how much additional retouching is requested.
All photos are provided in electronic format accessible via an interactive online gallery through my website here, with options to download JPEG files in High Resolution (3600px) and Web Size (1024px).
Yes, physical prints on paper, canvas, or metal can be ordered directly through the interactive online gallery.
