Last night I shot the final Cass CCE Charity Talk of the 2016/17 academic year. It was a fascinating talk from Julie Bentley (Chief Executive of Girlguiding) and Caroline Copeman (Principal Consultant at Cass CCE), chaired by Professor Ian Bruce.
Although the talk was titled Charity Turnarounds, both speakers focused more on the how and why of evolving a charity rather than turning it around. Very engaging and passionate discussions from both.
I've been providing my event photography services free of charge for all the five Charity Talks of 2016/17 and have hugely enjoyed the experience. Very much looking forward to shooting the 2017/18 series, which should start some point in October with the author/philosopher and management expert Charles Handy.
